Clare Selfe joined the Paramount team in Nov 2011 to manage our Contract division with the remit to develop the contract service offering within all disciplines in the Pharmaceutical, Clinical, Medical Devices and Scientific markets.

Her drive and enthusiasm saw a successful start to 2012, with 2 new recruits joining her team in quick succession. The Team now specialise in recruitment campaigns for contract roles in Clinical Research, SAS, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Drug Safety, Medical Devices HEOR Pricing & Market Access.

Clare is a Business and Marketing graduate, and began her career in recruitment in 2004 focusing on Health and Social Care with a large national agency, where she successfully created good client and candidate relationships and was swiftly promoted to a Senior Consultant role.
