Paramount Recruitment is on target to fulfil its expansion and growth plans for 2012 with the recent move to new, highly equipped offices as well as being in the final stage of pre-launch for their much improved and redesigned website.
Their new offices offer a much more modern and staff friendly environment for their 25+ strong team based in Birmingham. With the introduction of video conferencing and interviewing functionality Paramount now offers much improved facilities for assessing candidates and meeting with their widely distributed client base throughout Europe.
The move gives Paramount the opportunity to integrate their staff into one open plan, team focused environment, which will ultimately offer clients and candidates a better quality service. To further support their expansion and development, Paramount are also placing an increased emphasis on Marketing and are now working in partnership with a consultancy who specialise in recruitment marketing.
