What we are looking for

An organised and dedicated part time Administrative Assistant to support our directors and our growing team of life science recruitment consultants  

  

This is an extremely varied role in which you will be focused on helping to ensure that the business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.  You will be involved in all aspects of the business including internal recruitment, marketing, HR, finance and general office administration whilst also looking for opportunities to continually improve company processes and operations.

  

In this role you will be involved in: 

Assisting with marketing activities to promote Paramount Recruitment on social media platforms

Internal talent acquisition including writing adverts and arranging interviews

Liaising with external suppliers

Ordering stationery and office equipment

Organising company incentives

Generating performance reports

Booking and updating holiday and flexi-time requests

Updating and maintaining our candidate and client database

Carrying out basic book-keeping tasks using Sage and Xero

Managing incoming calls, diverts, message recording

Arranging any domestic and overseas travel arrangements

Maintaining records for contractor compliance and audit purposes

Organising any office improvements in respect to health and safety, hygiene etc

General administrative support within the company as reasonably required

Organising Diaries and meeting rooms

  

Requirements

At least 12 months experience in a similar administrative role

Confident communicator - verbal and written

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines

Attention to detail

Knowledge and competency with  Microsoft Office365 Products, Xero accountancy package, Social Media Platforms
