After a recent period of growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated Director to lead the agency's strategic efforts in market access. As a Director, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the vision of our agency, drive growth, and guide clients towards achieving their market access objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare access strategies.
  
The role involves:

• Leading and managing a team of dedicated market access professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborating closely with clients to gain a profound understanding of their unique needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring we deliver tailored market access strategies.
• Developing, executing, and overseeing innovative market access strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maximize product value and patient access.
• Spearheading the creation of value propositions, economic models, and evidence-based value dossiers, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Acting as a key point of contact in client interactions, including the presentation of strategies and recommendations that drive successful market access outcomes.

  
The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in market access, health economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
