2 x PV Process Directors required for a 12 month contract by world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. This position is OUTSIDE IR35 and can be home based
This is a strategic role in which you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and support of Product Development processes to ensure the delivery of effective safety and PV activities (e.g. ICSR management, Signal Management and Risk Management)
You will play a leading role in the continuous improvement and innovation of business processes within the Safety and PV arena. You will work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders across regulatory, quality and scientific teams on high profile process improvement initiatives.
You will have:
- at least 5 years PV experience in a CRO, pharma or biotech environment.
- Practical experience of applying business process improvement methodologies and delivering or managing safety and pharmacovigilance activities.
- excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- knowledge of regulatory pharmacovigilance requirements and guidelines published by the major health authorities (e.g FDA, EMA, MHRA etc)
This role can be home-based with attendance at the Welwyn Garden City office for team or client meetings as required. For exceptional candidates, 4 days a week could be considered.
